What Celeste properties usually need
Older farmhouses often still run on conventional gravity systems. When they start failing, we look hard at the drain field before recommending a full replacement. Newer builds on ag land will almost certainly need aerobic, and the extra acreage means we have flexibility on spray field layout.

Spray field placement near livestock pens matters. TCEQ has setback requirements and you also do not want to be spraying treated effluent where cattle drink. We plan around that during design.
